Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Web2Scale (“Web2Scale,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information through this website. Web2Scale is a fully remote website development and digital support company.

Information we collect

Contact and quote request form

When you submit the quote request form on our Contact page, we collect the information you choose to enter:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your business name
  • Your industry (selected from a list)
  • The message you write describing what you need

The form is the only place on this website where you can give us information directly. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in your message.

Technical information

When you visit the website, our hosting provider and the other providers listed below automatically receive basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it.
  • To prepare quotes and discuss the scope of a possible project.
  • To communicate with prospective clients about the services you ask about.
  • To provide services you request, if you decide to work with us.
  • To keep records of our communications, and to protect the website against spam and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on the following third parties. They handle information only as needed to provide their services to us.

  • Formspree processes contact form submissions on our behalf. When you submit the form, your entries are sent to Formspree, which stores them, applies spam filtering, and delivers them to us by email. Formspree may also receive technical details about your submission, such as your IP address and browser information. See the Formspree privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and provides security protections. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this website. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which therefore receives your IP address and browser details. See the Google privacy policy.
  • Email service provider. Form submissions are delivered to an email account we use for business, and we use that email service to read and reply to your message.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or the security of the website.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or social media pixels, and its own code does not set cookies or store information in your browser.

Some third-party services are involved in delivering the website: Google Fonts (loaded when a page loads), Cloudflare (which hosts the site), and Formspree (when you submit the form). These providers may keep technical logs and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies, which we do not control. See their privacy policies, linked above, for details. If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy.

Marketing communications

Submitting the contact form does not sign you up for marketing emails, and we do not treat your inquiry as consent to receive them. We use your details to respond to your request. If we offer newsletters or promotional emails in the future, we will ask for your permission where the law requires it, and each message will include a way to opt out. You can also tell us at any time that you do not want to be contacted beyond your inquiry.

If you hire us for the optional email outreach and appointment generation service, how contact information is handled for that work is agreed with you before it begins, and outreach is subject to applicable email-marketing and privacy requirements.

How long we keep information

We do not set a fixed retention period. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as responding to your inquiry and communicating about a possible or ongoing project, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we may delete or anonymize the information we control where reasonably practicable.

Copies held by our service providers, such as Formspree and our email service, are also subject to those providers’ own retention practices and settings, which we may not fully control.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions are sent to Formspree over that connection. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We will make reasonable efforts to act on requests for information we control, and to ask our service providers to do the same where possible, although we may not be able to delete information held by third parties ourselves. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

How to contact us about privacy: send a message using the quote request form on our Contact page. Please write “Privacy request” at the start of your message and say what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the same person before we act on it.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
